FHA Foundation Inspections
One of the requirements to purchase or sell a manufactured home, also known as a mobile home, is a HUD / FHA Foundation Inspection made by a Professional Engineer.
These inspections are done on-site by a professional engineer who analyzes the home and foundation setting.
Once the home is inspected, the engineer is required to write an Engineer’s letter as the findings of the foundation and the integrity of the foundation.
