Well Proofs Utah County
Have you recently received a letter from the State of Utah to Proof your well? If you have, we can help.
A Well Proof Is…..
A well proof is required by the state to prove to them how you are using the water rights you requested to use. For example… If you have a .50 acre of irrigation use and 4 stock watering uses and 1 domestic use – you need to show them that you are using the water for those reasons.
How Is A Well Proof Performed….
A Land surveyor/engineer visits the location of the well or spring. We survey the well in and locate it in regards to an already accepted corner.
We test the flow of the well/spring using a weir to determine the flow of the water source.
We identify the uses of the water. For example… we identify the irrigated parts, we locate the stock watering uses and we identify the location of the domestic use.
What We Need To Get Started…
- Water Right number
- Tax identification or legal description of property
- Well Drillers log

Modular Home Foundation Inspections
Ludlow Engineering and Land Surveying specializes in manufactured foundation home inspections.
Many times before a closing of a sale of a manufactured home, lenders require an engineer to inspect the foundation of an existing structure.
Ludlow Engineering visits the site and inspects the structure. The engineer then reports their findings in a engineer’s letter directed to the lender.
These services require a time frame of 48-72 hours from the time the request is made by the lender. The cost to such inspection runs around $250.00 plus travel. Ludlow Engineering located in Central Utah can cover most areas within the State of Utah. We do not charge more than $500.00 for any location in the State of Utah.
