Utah Manufactured Home Inspections

It is common to have a lender request a foundation inspection during the process of obtaining a mortgage loan for a manufactured home. We have a licensed engineer who is expert in this field. He has inspected hundreds of manufactured home foundations. He will inspect the property, provide a certified letter for the lender and satisfy that requirement so the purchase can be completed.

Call Ludlow Engineering today to schedule a foundation inspection (435) 623-0897.

Our general time frame is one week and the inspection is paid for up front. We do accept credit card payments over the phone, so the entire process can be done quick and easy.

To order the inspection, we will need the flowing information. Who is this request for, what is the service address (Physical address of the manufactured home). Is the property occupied? If so, we need contract information for the occupants to schedule a time to inspect at the property. What is the date the inspection is needed by. We will need contact information for all parties involved. Who do we send the completed report to? Generally, this is an email address for the lender.

At the time of ordering the inspection, a quote will be supplied and will depend upon the location and specific requirements needed. Our prices our estimated as follows:

Nephi inspections $300

Mona/Levan area inspections $325

Santaquin/Payson inspections $350

Fountain Green inspections $350

Mt. Pleasant/Fairview inspections $400

Once the engineer has completed the inspection, he will prepare a report that is stamped and certified for the lender. The letter will be emailed to all parties involved. Our firm has been doing manufactured home inspections for many years. We work with several mortgage companies on a regular basis and have a high rate of approval.
